Step 1: Find a quiet and comfortable space To begin your meditation practice, find a quiet and comfortable place where you won't be disturbed for at least 10-15 minutes. This can be a corner of your bedroom, a quiet park, or any place that feels calm and peaceful to you.

Step 2: Get comfortable Once you've found your space, sit or lie down with your spine straight and your hands resting comfortably in your lap or at your sides. Take a few deep breaths, inhaling slowly and deeply through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.

Step 4: Acknowledge distractions Whenever you notice your mind beginning to wander, simply acknowledge the thought or distraction and gently bring your attention back to your breath. Don't judge yourself for getting distracted; it's normal for the mind to wander during meditation.

Step 5: Practice regularly To cultivate a sense of calm and peace in your mind, it's important to practice meditation regularly. Try to meditate for at least 10-15 minutes each day, or a few times a week if that works better for you.
